  • Your retreat experience includes lodging, daily meals, programming, workshops, fitness sessions, community events, recovery experiences, and retreat transportation during designated shuttle windows (if listed for your retreat). Every retreat is intentionally designed to create an immersive experience from the moment you arrive.

  • Flights, travel insurance, personal purchases, optional private sessions, and transportation outside of scheduled shuttle times are not included unless specifically stated on the retreat page.

  • The Challenge Retreat is designed around adventure, teamwork, physical challenges, resilience, and growth through action.

    The Soul Retreat is a slower, more inward experience focused on healing, nervous system regulation, self-discovery, workshops, and deeper emotional connection.

    Both retreats share the same foundation of community, transformation, and authentic connection.

  • Airport information and recommended arrival/departure windows will be provided on your retreat page and again via email leading up to the retreat. Please plan your travel carefully around the shuttle windows if transportation is included.

  • Yes! We will send a detailed packing list, travel guide, and preparation email before the retreat begins so you know exactly what to bring.

  • Yes, payment plans may be available depending on the retreat and timing of registration.

  • 1. Deposit and Payment Terms

    • Deposit Required: A deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

    • Non-Refundable but Transferable Deposit: The $500 deposit is non-refundable. However, if you cancel your reservation, this deposit may be transferred to any future retreats.

    • Remaining Balance Due: The remaining balance of your retreat package is due 14 days  before the retreat start date.

    2. Cancellation and Refund Schedule: Refunds apply only to the remaining balance paid after the initial $500 non-refundable deposit is deducted. Refunds are based on the date we receive written notice of your cancellation:

    • Cancellation 50 or more days before the start date: 100% refund of the remaining balance paid.

    • Cancellation 15–49 days before the start date: 50% refund of the remaining balance paid.

    • Cancellation 0–14 days before the start date: No refund will be provided for the remaining balance or the deposit.

    3. Special Circumstances

    • Host Cancellation: If we must cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a 100% full refund of all payments made, including the $500 deposit.

    • Transfers: You may transfer your spot to another person at any time up to 7 days before the start date at no additional fee. unexpected emergencies, illness, weather delays, or travel interruptions.

  • In some cases, spot transfers may be permitted with advance notice and approval from the retreat team. Please contact us directly if you are unable to attend.

  • Yes — many attendees arrive solo. In fact, some of the strongest friendships and deepest transformations happen because people step outside their comfort zone and fully immerse themselves in the experience together.

  • Our retreats attract a wide range of adults from different backgrounds, professions, and stages of life. Most attendees are looking for growth, connection, challenge, healing, or reset.

  • All fitness levels are welcome. While some activities may be physically challenging, the retreats are designed to encourage participation, personal growth, and self-awareness — not perfection.

  • Please let us know ahead of time so we can support you appropriately. We always encourage attendees to honor their bodies and participate at their own capacity.

  • While every retreat is unique, a typical day may include:

    • Morning meditation or grounding practice

    • Challenge event

    • Chef-prepared meals

    • Workshops and transformational sessions

    • Recovery or free time

    • Evening community gatherings or temple sessions

    Every day is intentionally curated to balance challenge, connection, recovery, and fun.

  • We highly encourage full participation because the retreats are designed as immersive experiences, but we also respect personal boundaries, injuries, and individual needs. This is your journey.

  • Competition may be part of certain experiences, especially during The Challenge Retreat, but connection, growth, teamwork, and community matter far more than performance.

  • These retreats combine adventure, fitness, transformation, recovery, community, and real-life human connection in a way that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. Think less “spa vacation” and more “core memory.” They also allow you to connect with your favorite challenge cast members.

  • Yes. Once a retreat sells out, additional spots are not guaranteed.

  • Lodging varies by retreat location and may include shared rooms, glamping, eco pods, private rooms, bunk accommodations, or specialty lodging experiences. Available options will be listed during registration.

  • Yes bathrooms are shared throughout all the lodging accommodations

  • Typically yes, but exact accommodations vary by venue. Final packing instructions will clarify what is included.

  • Some retreat locations may have limited service intentionally to encourage presence and connection. We recommend preparing for periods of reduced connectivity but yes there is service.

  • Yes. Retreat meals are included unless otherwise stated.

  • We do our best to accommodate common dietary needs and allergies when communicated ahead of time. Please provide dietary information during registration.

  • Meals are typically chef-prepared, nutrient-dense, and designed to support energy, recovery, and overall wellness throughout the retreat experience.

  • Yes. Retreat programming, facilitator announcements, and workshop details are typically shared leading up to the event.

  • Some retreats may offer optional 1:1 sessions, recovery services, workshops, or specialty experiences for an additional cost.

  • That feeling is completely normal. Many attendees arrive feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or outside of their comfort zone — and leave with lifelong friendships and a renewed sense of self.

  • We recommend bringing comfortable workout clothes, layers for changing weather, hiking or training shoes, water bottles, swimsuits (if applicable), journals, and an open mind. A full packing list will be sent before the retreat.

  • Yes. While the retreats are immersive and intentionally full, there is also space built in for rest, reflection, recovery, and integration.

  • Once registered, you will receive email communication and additional retreat updates closer to the event, including schedules, travel details, packing information, and community access instructions.
