Season Five is officially dedicated to first-time Challenge Retreat attendees. If you’ve attended a retreat with us before, this one is not your season… yet. This is your invitation to help welcome the next wave.

The CHALLENGE RETREAT is a 5-day, 4-night immersive experience combining strength training, competition, recovery, community, and transformation.

Built around teamwork, adventure, and personal growth, The Challenge Retreat brings together an incredible group of coaches, facilitators, athletes, and special guests for an unforgettable week of challenge and connection.

Throughout the experience, guests will move through daily workouts, team competitions, recovery sessions, mindset workshops, outdoor adventures, and self-led growth experiences designed to push you physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Expect a powerful daily itinerary, farm-to-table meals, “MTV Challenge”-inspired events, and a community of people ready to work hard, play hard, and step fully into the experience together.
